“I originally thought I would have to tear down my garage, but they were actually able to repair it and it looks great. I had never hired a contractor before and was nervous, but they were very friendly and easy to work with in spite of my extremely tight budget, and my need to prioritize some repairs over others. Very conscientious about the quality of work and excellent communication. They have great pricing and stick to the budget, and when unforeseen surprises did come up (which they ALWAYS do in a 100-year-old house!), they did an excellent job of explaining the issues and working out adjustments to the work and price that worked for everyone. I have been so happy with the work, in addition to the garage I have had them replace a porch and an upper railing, paint the entire house, make roof repairs and more. They can do it all, and you won't be disappointed!”
