"Tucker Family Construction has done quite a variety of construction and home improvement work for us.  We've like the results so much we keep coming back to them, and plan to keep doing so in the future.  The kinds of projects and work they have done for us to date has included:

Also, working with the owner Bill Tucker, has just plain been a great experience.  Bill's a solid and honest contractor with the highest level of professionalism and patience and just as important, he has an appropriate and wonderfully enjoyable sense of humor and appreciation of others.  You couldn't ask to deal with a more forthright yet pleasant person who consistently comes through with the goods.  We always look forwarding to doing "that next project" with Bill and the Tucker folks.

Having work done in one's house is never a pleasant experience considering the monies being spent, noise, dust, and angst that often goes hand-in-hand with a feeling of invasion of privacy.  But the Tucker Family Construction folks go out of their way to try and make things go as painlessly as possible and are excellent at communicating about project expectations, possible problem areas, and with problem resolution.

Leah and I were up at the house on Saturday.  We are so incredibly excited about the deck.  It is a thing of beauty--better than we expected even from the pictures.  I am sure we will spend many nights sitting their and watching the sun set.   The cedar on the deck is so nice, that I think we want to go with the cedar siding.

I originally thought I would have to tear down my garage, but they were actually able to repair it and it looks great.  I had never hired a contractor before and was nervous, but they were very friendly and easy to work with in spite of my extremely tight budget, and my need to prioritize some repairs over others.  Very conscientious about the quality of work and excellent communication.  They have great pricing and stick to the budget, and when unforeseen surprises did come up (which they ALWAYS do in a 100-year-old house!), they did an excellent job of explaining the issues and working out adjustments to the work and price, that worked for everyone.  I have been so happy with the work, in addition to the garage I have had them replace a porch and an upper railing, paint the entire house, make roof repairs and more.  They can do it all, and you won't be disappointed! 

Yes [would hire again]. Bill was very personable and easy to work with. He cleaned everything up when the project was completed. He does good work and we will very likely do another remodel project with him.

I want you to know that you have exceeded our expectations, with regard to the removal and repair of the drywall, insulation, and damaged ceiling tiles of our offices and break room. You and your people kept us informed as to what was happening and what was going to happen. You gave us a time line for the job to be finished and a time line for the completed phases of the job and kept to it or exceeded it.

The total project came in at the cost you had estimated and the time you estimated it would take to complete. A customer can not ask for anything more than that.
